Körper und Geist gefangen..Über Nacht kam es zum Stillstand des öffentlichen Lebens, zum Aussetzen von Grundrechten. Jetzt vor Ostern wird noch einmal verschärft, noch mehr Durchsagen, mehr Abschreckung durch Bußgelder, mehr Kontrollen, rationiertes Einkaufen, sanktioniertes Leben.

Alle äußeren Maßnahmen, haben eine innere Auswirkungen auf mich. Merke wie es mich von Tag zu Tag immer mehr belastet. An manchen Tagen ist es eine Qual, da bin ich gereizt. An manchen Tagen kann ich es geniessen.

Dennoch fühlt es sich ein Stück weit, wie Gefängnis an, Kontakte sind nur virtuell, ab und zu geht man raus, macht ein wenig Sport und dann setzt wieder Lethargie ein.

Wie geht ihr damit um? Alles easy geht vorüber oder macht euch diese Ohnmacht auch fertig?
